Currently, we are seeking a new Service Engineer to join our team in Espoo!


We are looking for an energetic and fearless Service Engineer to repair and maintain cutting-edge technology in the field, as well as support our partners and customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse and interesting technological solutions and see the world.


The responsibilities of the position include:


• Serve as the primary contact for distributors, addressing their service-related inquiries and providing timely assistance.

• Conduct installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities at customer sites.

• Travel to international locations for on-site service and training purposes.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and documentation of equipment status.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Train distributor service engineers on product maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.

• Assist in the development and improvement of service manuals and technical documentation.

• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely availability of required components.


Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.

• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

• Proficiency in documenting service activities and maintaining accurate records.

• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and proficiency in using standard office tools.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in English.
